Filling machine, as the name implies, is a mechanical device that encapsulates various forms of objects such as liquid, gas, paste, powder, etc. And is a type of packaging equipment.

According to the different filling objects, the filling machine can be divided into: liquid filling machine, gas filling machine, aerosol filling machine, paste filling machine, powder filling machine and so on.

According to the degree of automation, filling machines are often divided into: automatic filling machines, semi-automatic filling machines, automatic filling machines, etc.

With the gradual rise of domestic labor costs, the development of automatic filling machine equipment will pay more attention to fully automatic and intelligent.

According to the different filling objects, the filling principle and filling mode of the filling machine are also very different.

 Glass Bottle Filling Machine

Liquid filling machines are divided into normal pressure liquid filling machines, vacuum liquid filling machines, and pressure liquid filling machines according to their different filling pressures.

Atmospheric liquid glass bottle filling machine implements self-flow filling according to the liquid's own weight. This method uses the basic principle of pure gravity. Under normal pressure, the liquid's own weight flows into the glass bottle, similar to white wine, milk, vinegar, etc. Which can flow freely. This method is used for filling.

The vacuum filling machine is filled under the pressure in the bottle lower than the atmospheric pressure. This type of filling machine has a simple structure and high efficiency. It is generally used for liquids with high viscosity, such as oils, syrups, and fruit wines.

Pressure filling machine refers to filling under the condition of higher than normal pressure. It can also be divided into two types: one is that the pressure in the liquid storage tank is equal to the pressure in the bottle, and the liquid flows into the bottle by its own weight. Is called equal pressure filling; the other is that the pressure in the liquid storage cylinder is higher than the pressure in the bottle, and the liquid flows into the bottle by the pressure difference. This is called high-pressure filling, which is generally used in high-speed liquid filling production lines. Kind of method. Pressure filling machines are usually used for filling gas-containing liquids, such as beer, soda, champagne, etc.

Different liquids have different physical and chemical properties. When the filling operation is carried out, it is necessary to maintain the stability of the liquid characteristics. Therefore, different filling methods are required.

Glass Bottle Filling Machine

The specific filling methods are mainly as follows.

1. Atmospheric filling method

This method uses the basic principle of pure gravity.Under normal pressure, the liquid's own weight flows into the glass bottle.Similar to liquor, milk, vinegar, etc., it can flow freely, and there is no gas-containing liquid. This method can be used for irrigation.

2. Vacuum filling method

The basic principle of this method is to reduce the air pressure of the glass bottle to make it lower than the atmospheric pressure. There are two common types: differential pressure vacuum and gravity vacuum. The former is to directly pump air to the glass bottle to maintain the vacuum state in the bottle, and It forms a pressure difference with the liquid storage tank, and the liquid flows into the glass bottle by the pressure difference.

The latter is the vacuum of the liquid storage tank itself, which pumps air to the glass bottle to maintain the vacuum state in the bottle, and the liquid automatically flows into the bottle. The method is suitable for liquids with relatively high viscosity such as syrups and oils, as well as liquid materials containing vitamins and toxic materials, which can extend the liquid shelf life and reduce the leakage of toxic gases.

3. Pressure filling method

The basic principle of this method is to use air pressure or mechanical pressure to squeeze the liquid into the glass bottle. It is suitable for thick liquids with relatively high viscosity, such as ketchup, toothpaste, etc. The filling of soda can also use this method to improve Filling efficiency, but it will slightly affect the filling quality.
