Vacuum filling machine

Filling is carried out when the pressure in the bottle is lower than atmospheric pressure. This type of filling machine has a simple structure, high efficiency, and a wide range of material viscosity adaptations, such as oils, syrups, fruit wines, etc.

Oil filling machine

It can be filled with various oils, such as edible oil, lubricating oil, peanut oil, soybean oil, etc. Oil filling machine is a filling machine specially developed for the filling of oil materials, which can realize the flexibility of manual operation and unmanned operation.

Liquid filling machine

Brand-new horizontal design, lightweight and convenient, automatic feeding, for thicker pastes, hoppers can be added. The vertical liquid filling machine has manual and automatic switching functions: when the machine is in the "automatic" state, the machine automatically performs continuous filling at the set speed. When the machine is in the "manual" state, the operator steps on the pedal to realize the filling. If the machine is kept on and held, it will also become an automatic continuous filling state. Anti-drip filling system: The cylinder moves up and down during filling to drive the bulkhead. The material tank and the three links are connected by handcuffs, without any special tools, and the loading, unloading and cleaning are very convenient.
